Embracing myself, giving myself a safe space

This might be the most important exercise for your life. An exercise that conveys a feeling of safety to your mind and protects you from the demons that haunt you. It can be done in any place, at any time and should be done as often as possible. Embrace being-ness. Let go of fear. Let go of anxiety. Let go of feeling insecure in the environment you are in.

It is very simple
Wherever your are:

  1. feel your body.
  2. Feel your posture, the way you are sitting or standing.
  3. Feel the ground you are on.
  4. Feel how it supports you.

This is all you need to create profound change for more joy and happiness in your life.

Any technique that promotes mindful body awareness like Yoga, Alexander Technique, Tai Chi or Feldenkrais will greatly help you get into your body and find the security you need.
